Postage Stamp Scene - Lucy & Ethel

These colorful single foreign postage stamp and scene features Lucy and Ethel in Season 1, Episode 1: "Lucy Thinks Ricky is Trying to Murder Her", which aired November 5, 1951.

Each I Love Lucy stamp comes with a "Certificate of Authenticity" certifying that each stamp sheet is an Official Legal Tender postage stamp along with the country the stamp was issued in.  This particular stamp was issued in Guyana.
